WordPress website
We design WordPress websites around your brand and the people who will use them every day. Visitors get a clear, considered experience. Your team gets a practical way to keep the content moving.
02What should it make easier?
Find the answer, understand the offer, know what to do next.
Update a service, publish a story, swap a photo or launch a campaign page without rebuilding the site.
Keep the brand consistent, connect useful tools and make room for new work.
We plan all three experiences together.
03Published page ↔ editor
A new team member should not need a developer to update a headline, add a case study or prepare a campaign page. We structure the WordPress editor around the content you actually manage, with clear templates, reusable sections and sensible editing boundaries.
You keep control of everyday changes. The design stays consistent.
Heading — you can change
Kept by the design: font, size and spacing
04Custom design
Ready-made layouts can be useful for simple projects. When the website needs to express a distinct brand or content structure, we design the interface first and build the WordPress theme around it.
Typography, navigation, component behavior and the mobile layout become one visual system — not a collection of unrelated plugins.
05Content model
A service, a team member and a case study are different kinds of content. We give each a clear structure, so new material appears in the right places and stays consistent across the site.
Add a new specialist once. Update the service details once. Let the relevant pages use that information instead of copying it by hand.

06Reusable sections
Need a new service page or a short campaign update? Use approved sections that already follow the site’s design rules. With a well-planned WordPress block editor, your team can change the story while the typography, spacing and layout stay under control.
Approved sections
We decide together which elements should be flexible and which ones should stay fixed.
07Fit
Make services, expertise and contact paths easy to understand.
Publish stories, guides and insights with a clear content structure.
Show the work, the person and a simple way to get in touch.
Organize materials people return to search, filter and explore.
Need online sales? WooCommerce can be scoped as a separate e-commerce direction.
08Mobile
We rethink navigation, image crops, content order and forms for smaller screens. A page your team assembles in the editor should still behave predictably on a phone.
09Performance
Fast WordPress sites are built through many sensible decisions: a considered theme, properly sized images, careful plugin selection, appropriate hosting and caching. We plan these choices early, then test the real pages on mobile and desktop.
Properly sized for each screen.
A considered theme without unused weight.
Careful selection — only what the site needs.
Appropriate hosting and caching for the project.
No universal speed score promises — the final setup depends on content, features and third-party scripts.
10Plugin policy
WordPress can do a lot through extensions. That does not mean every new request needs another one. We review what the website actually needs, choose maintainable tools and consider custom functionality when an off-the-shelf option creates more complexity than it solves.
Licenses, updates and ownership are part of the project conversation — not a surprise after launch.
Business need “We need visitors to be able to…”
A maintained extension that does the job cleanly.
When an off-the-shelf option creates more complexity than it solves.
The site already covers it — or the request does not need new code.
11Integrations
A contact form should reach the right person. A booking request should enter the right workflow. Important actions should be visible in analytics. We plan the required connections with your CRM, email, booking or other services and test what happens after the visitor clicks Submit.
The exact integrations are agreed for the project rather than promised as a one-size-fits-all bundle.
12Migration
If you already have a website, the move should begin with an inventory — not with copying pages into a new design. We review content, useful URLs, media, metadata, forms and tracking; then plan the migration and redirect map.
The new site is checked on a staging address before launch. After publication, we verify key paths and fix issues found in the transition.
Example map. The real one is built from your site’s inventory.
13After launch
WordPress, its themes and plugins need ongoing attention. We define a support plan around updates, backups, access roles, monitoring and recovery. Changes should be tested where practical before reaching your live website.
We also show your team how to make everyday content changes and clarify which technical tasks remain with the support partner.
Who does what — agreed per project
| Role | Content | Users & access | Updates & recovery |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your content team | Yes | No | No |
| Your administrator | Yes | Yes | No |
| Support partner | No | Yes | Yes |

WordPress stays the content source; a separate Nuxt/Vue frontend can display selected public experiences. This needs its own plan for preview, publishing, APIs, caching, hosting and maintenance.
